Custom PC builds
- Since all components will be new, the manufacture's warranty on those parts should cover any defective parts.
- We will gladly replace any defective part that we installed with free labor charges. We will also assist with warranty exchanges, but return shipping is your responsibility after 30 days.
Mechanical repairs
- Most circuitry in a computer is far too complicated to manually repair. Our policy it to replace defective components with new products.
- We maintain a "diagnostic inventory" of replacement parts to check for component failure. We may "loan" these parts to you until your part comes in.
Hardware sales
- We don't sell computer hardware. We will assist you by providing the best researched prices and let you make your own buying decision.
- We maintain an "emergency inventory" of some essential parts that may be used for repairs. We charge "cost +" for these parts when necessary.
Software sales
- We don't sell computer software. We will assist you by providing the best researched prices and let you make your own buying decision.
- We NEVER install pirated software in a computer. There's enough freeware available to satisfy almost any need.

Custom Builds	Per Bid	1	We can build a computer to your exact specifications. These systems are for those who demand only the best.
In-Shop Repairs	Per Job	1, 2	We can repair or upgrade your computer. We also reinstall operating systems and diagnose and repair security or performance malfunctions.
On-Site Services	Per Trip	1, 2, 3, 4	We can perform many of our services right at your location. However, this does take us away from "shop" work. For more details see the explanations below.
Networking	Per Job	1, 2, 3, 4	We can connect your computers into a network. We also will set up your internet connection to your choice of local services.
Remote Diagnostics	Hourly	$ 20	If your computer has an internet connection, we can remotely diagnose problems, install software. or guide you through complex operations and functions.
Telephone Assistance		Free	If we can supply an answer to your question within a reasonable amount of time, we'll be happy to assist you at no charge. If the issue is too complicated to handle over the phone, we may escalate this service to one of the other services listed above.

1	Per Bid	We understand that you will to want to know "up front" how much something is going to cost. When you request a service that will last for more than just a few hours, we'll design a customized bid with all the information necessary for you to make a qualified decision.
2	Per Job	Many of the general tasks we offer has a price list. Based on our previous experiences, it's an easy procedure for us to itemize the list of tasks you require and offer you a quote.
3	Hourly	If you need assistance on a one-time basis, we charge a standard $20 per hour rate. Fractional hours (after the first hour) are rounded to the nearest 15 minute increment.
4	Per Trip	We charge a standard $25 "trip fee" for this service. We call you when we leave and if we arrive in less than an hour, the balance goes toward the first hour of service time. Additional hours are charged at the regular $20 per hour rate.

Although we seldom make price increases, the above estimates are subject to change without notice.
