A short biography of WhamWeb
Where are we located?
WhamWeb recently relocated from Tampa, Florida to return to the freedom and comfort of home-town community values.
Although WhamWeb.com is new to the Ulysses, Kansas area, we've been offering computer systems repair and Internet services for well over 15 years.
How we conduct business with our clients.
Since client requirements are different, so will the recommendations we offer for services. They range from minor computer repairs to full scale Business Enterprise operations.
Client needs are all going to be different, but we will respond professionally and honestly to everyone. We keep our promises and won't speak a lot of techno-jargon when we explain what we're doing.
However, we know our limits.
We don't want to waste your time and assets if we can't deliver as expected. If we feel your project is beyond the scope of our professional capabilities, we'll assist you in any way we can to find a group that can handle your job.
Why did we move to Ulysses?
Our organization was created to be effective regardless of location. By downsizing our external client base, we can now focus on a small community without the hype of a fast-moving metro-area.
Since a major portion of our business is Web design and Domain management, the Internet allows a smooth transition for those tasks. We kept most of our Web site clients since distance is irrelevant for them.
Our Affiliates and their relationship to us.
Our list of Affiliates and outsourcing companies is extensively tested prior to a relationship being adopted. We monitor activities and compare the results against industry performance and cost standards to ensure their usefulness.
The DNS and Hosting servers we recommend are all USA based with a long record of being capable of performing the wide variety of tasks they were picked for at an acceptable price for the service they offer.
The parts we use are supplied by reputable vendors with a history of standing behind their products. We continuously shop and compare to ensure that quality material at fair prices is used.
The Bottom Line:
We're happy to be a member of the community and plan to give as much as we receive.
